From conception to development, ALANCRYSTAL combines a unique passion for crystals, the art of wire wrapping, and luxurious beauty into one unforgettable experience.

Founder's Note:
It is my pleasure to introduce you to my Alain Berti Jewelry. We are a small business specializing in luxury crystal jewelry.
Our pieces are originally designed by me and inspired by nature. As a light worker, I am blessed to be able to offer my handmade jewelry to citizens of the world in a way that celebrates their personal style while also highlighting the most striking components of the raw materials. Each piece is a nuanced, wearable work of art.
Our commitment as a business is to be a sustainable and ethical business. We do this in two different ways.
1. We constantly re-evaluate our carbon footprint and take proactive steps to reduce waste. We do this through ethical sourcing programs, thoughtful waste production, and intentional purchases of local supplies.
2. We are committed to hiring only ethically qualified employees. As a business, our beliefs are rooted in the wellness of the artist.
All of our employees are local and strong members of the community.
All of our employees are paid a living wage (above standard)
We provide all employees with paid vacation, sick leave, and other time needed for healthy people.
